BELLEVILLE 2005 Participant Application An Experiment on the Opening Frontier Cancelled - Belleville is looking for a new home!

All participants must submit photographs of themselves and their camp. Representative photographs of their accouterments, demonstrations, or trade goods should also be included. (Photos will be returned if a SASE is provided, or they may be picked up at the event.)

Time Period of Portrayal c. 1764. This will be a juried event; however, this event is unique. No model exists for jurying the time period between the wars, nor for jurying co-mingled cultures. Therefore, French habitants will be juried using stretched F&I guidelines and British/Americans will be juried using the overlap between F&I and RevWar guidelines. Unusual cases will be juried by the most reasonable guidelines that might pertain.

Agreement: This is a contract between myself and BELLEVILLE 2005. I also agree that the organizers of said event have the right to ask any participant who does not abide by those policies to leave the event.
